we interacted a great deal and i have his hair woven into an alarm spell for when someone of earth-616 returns to this place. it is the same tony stark, that i can guarantee.

He is the Tony of Earth-616. But have you confirmed if he has been taken to another reality before this one? From my experience, that can alter one's memory of events one ought to have experienced.

from what i know from stephen, he and our stark were in another nexus reality prior to this. perhaps stark returned there, or to earth-616? we do not know. he will tell you, if not me, so you might as well try and ask?

in any case, the destruction did not bother stark overmuch as innocent lives were saved in the process
he, thor, and i then discussed the likelihood of my being given an avengers phone
it is jarring but not unfamiliar to not have a sliver of trust even so slim as that
as he is not depressed anymore and i do not fear for his life, i shan't be checking on him anymore with coffee and donuts
