i guess what i CAN say is that if this is something he's anxious about, treat it with some of the consideration and gravity he's clearly giving it. not all of it, maybe, because you don't want to make him MORE anxious. show him you understand it's important, that his first time is important to you specifically, if that makes sense?

honestly, i think you'll do fine. you nudge boundaries a little sometimes to see if they're firm, but you always respect them, and you're pretty intuitive about what people need from you. just listen to what he's saying, pay attention to his body language, check in often, and in this case, it's best not to poke at any sexual boundaries he's setting.

mom was murdered on krakoa at some point during the hellfire gala. it looked like grandfather at first, but she resurrected herself and it turned out it was part of a convoluted spell to give mutantkind a kind of afterlife/waiting room.
and you know i don't use convoluted lightly, given how familiar with various kinds of magic i am these days.

it wound up being a good thing at the end, of course, but people got hurt in the process, and tommy had to see her body. it was such a mess. i love her, but i'm still SO frustrated with the whole thing.
